Because of its relatively small size, the Department of Agriculture at Texas State is more than just an academic department, its more like an "AG family"!  The faculty and staff know each student and care about each student being successful in all future endeavors.  The Department of Agriculture is able to provide its students with more individual attention - ensuring that students who receive degrees from the Agriculture Department have the knowledge and experience they need to secure dynamic careers.  Whether a student seeks employment in technology, business, farming, trade, or education - a course of study in Agriculture is always in high demand.
