Each Spring semester, the Department of Agriculture offers faculty, staff and students the opportunity to purchase beef, pork, and lamb cut by students in our Meats Processing class. The meat is sold on a first-come first-serve basis and when it's gone, it's gone!
We have had many compliments on meat cuts in previous years. We sell the meat at wholesale prices. We accept cash or checks (payable to TX State-AG Dept). Please share this notice with others in your department! Bring your ice chest!
Due to limited student help, please contact the Department of Agriculture office at 245-2130 for specific times at the end of each Spring semester.
