Eryn Pierdolla

Dr. Pierdolla joined Texas State University in the Spring of 2019.  Prior to joining Texas State, Dr. Pierdolla was a high school science teacher.  Dr. Pierdolla’s master’s research consisted of effects of litter amendments on broiler growth characteristics and Salmonella colonization in the crop and cecum.  Her doctoral degree research determined the career motivations of alternatively certified Texas agriculture teachers.  Her hobbies include spending time with her husband and two children doing various activities and working with their show cattle.
